Satisfaction is guaranteed! Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. Please email us with any concerns you have and we will do our best to make things right; whether it means offering you a replacement product, an exchange, or refund of your purchase price.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and must make sure that the product arrives back in the same condition as it was recieved (in new, un-used conition and in all original packaging). Shipping fees are not refundable, unless an error was made on our part. So, please consider descriptions and measurements before ordering.

Cancellations of Order
Due to our commitment to prompt shipping, the window for cancellations is very short! Processing often begins within minutes after the order is placed. Please contact us by email or phone immediately in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if the shipping label (postage) has not yet been printed and/or the order has not been shipped.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
Damage Policy
All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged itiem, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item.
Returned Products
Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation, and within 30 days.
